Gerhau Wholesale BV is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase of Heider flashlights. Please review the following guidelines carefully regarding refunds and returns.
30-Day Return Window:
Our refund and returns policy allow for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your Heider flashlight must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exempted Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods such as batteries
- Products categorized as intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds:
- Flashlights showing obvious signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds Process:
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@gerhau.com
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your Heider flashlight for the same item, please email us at sales@gerhau.com and send your item to the provided physical address.
Gifts
If the Heider flashlight was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping returns
To return your Heider flashlight, please mail it to the provided physical address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
