DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties under Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights. It applies to the distance sale, purchase, and delivery of the product with the specifications and sales price listed, from the SELLER to the BUYER.

ARTICLE 3 – BUYER INFORMATION
The BUYER is the individual who completes the purchase by accepting this contract and entering personal, delivery, and billing details via the online checkout.

ARTICLE 5 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1 The BUYER confirms, in electronic form, having reviewed and accepted the basic characteristics of the product, its price, and payment and delivery terms listed in Article 4.
5.2 If the product is to be delivered to a third party and delivery is refused, the SELLER is not liable for the failed delivery.
5.3 The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product complete, undamaged, and as described, including user manuals and warranty certificates where applicable.
5.4 Delivery will occur within 30 days, unless otherwise specified, depending on the BUYER’s location.
5.5 Delivery requires full payment by the BUYER using the chosen method, and the acceptance of this contract.
5.6 If a financial institution reverses payment due to unauthorized use of the BUYER’s credit card (without the BUYER’s fault), the BUYER must return the product within 3 days.
5.7 In the event of force majeure (e.g., severe weather, natural disaster), the SELLER will notify the BUYER. The BUYER may:
a) Cancel the order (full refund within 10 days),
b) Accept a delayed delivery, or
c) Request an alternative product (if available).
5.8 The BUYER is responsible for compliance with local laws, including customs duties or restrictions in their country. The SELLER is not liable for delays or expenses caused by such issues.
5.9 If the delivered product is defective or incomplete, the BUYER must notify the SELLER within 14 business days.
- Return shipping is paid by the BUYER.
- Replacement/repair shipping is paid by the SELLER.
- Products returned after 14 days (excluding warranty issues) are not refundable but may be repaired or exchanged.
5.10 This contract becomes binding when the BUYER accepts it electronically during checkout and completes the order.
5.11 The SELLER reserves the right to cancel orders in case of failed payment verification, suspected fraud, or unresolved cardholder confirmation.
5.12 Suspected fraud involving IP addresses or unauthorized access will be reported to law enforcement with technical logs.
5.13 The SELLER is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address/contact information. In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the BUYER.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:
- Notify the SELLER via email, phone, or contact form.
- The product must not be used beyond standard inspection.
- The original invoice and delivery note must be returned.
- Return shipping is at the BUYER’s expense.
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the product in acceptable condition.
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened hygiene or cosmetic products
- Digital downloads, unsealed media (CD, DVD)
- Custom-made or personalized items
ARTICLE 7 – ORDER CANCELLATION
The BUYER may cancel the order within 24 hours if it has not yet shipped, by contacting the SELLER.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but the BUYER may still use the 14-day right of withdrawal upon receipt.
ARTICLE 8 – AUTHORIZED COURT
Disputes related to this contract may be submitted to Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts at the BUYER's or SELLER’s place of residence, as regulated by local laws and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
By virtue of Directive 2011/83/EU, and Articles 5 and 6 of this Distance Sales Contract, the BUYER hereby declares that they have read and accepted the Preliminary Information, and confirms their agreement to this contract electronically.
I, as a Consumer, confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions outlined in this Distance Sales Contract and Preliminary Information Document.
