How can I confirm that the Heider CFX provides illumination up to 750 meters?
The human eye begins to perceive light less effectively after approximately 300 meters in daylight. At night, our visual range is significantly shorter if the light source is insufficient. In a completely dark environment, you can place a reflector at a distance of 750 meters and turn on your Heider CFX from the opposite end of the distance to observe the reflector reflecting the light. Additionally, keep in mind that all light sources are affected by the level of humidity and cleanliness in the air, which is essential for making a more accurate measurement. In highly humid areas, the light source scatters as it reflects off the water vapor in the air, thereby reducing your visibility range.
How can I activate the hidden lighting modes?
To activate the main lighting modes, simply press the power button repeatedly. To use the hidden lighting modes, press the power button halfway down until you hear a click twice in succession. Similarly, you can switch back to normal modes in the same way.
How do I charge my Heider flashlight?
To charge your Heider flashlight, simply plug the included Type-C USB cable into the flashlight's charging port with a compatible adapter. There's no need to remove the battery while charging. With the fast-charging feature, your flashlight will quickly power up and be ready to use. Alternatively, you can remove the battery and charge it using the SC2 battery charger.
Is the Heider CFX waterproof?
The Heider CFX is sealed with O-rings against water and moisture. You can use the Heider CFX underwater up to a depth of 5 meters and in all weather conditions.

Batteries and accumulators designed for daily use typically come with a 6-month warranty, occasionally extending to 1 year. Therefore, after 6 months of intensive use, a decline in performance is common for all batteries. The 18650 type 3.7W battery powering the Heider CFX has 1000 charging cycles. This means that if charged daily, the battery has an approximate lifespan of 3 years.

How should I clean the Heider CFX?
The Heider CFX is designed to withstand tough conditions, with its unibody construction providing protection against dust for the internal components. The exterior can be cleaned with a damp cloth or, if necessary, with a slightly moist cloth. For a more thorough cleaning, you can use an alcohol-based cleaner on the body only. We particularly do not recommend using alcohol-based cleaners on the lens.
